MSc Agata Kotulska
Agata Kotulska got a PhD in Physics, in the Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research in 2023. Her research concerns optical spectroscopy, especially Förster Resonance Energy Transfer between lanthanides and organic dyes, as well as Photon Avalanche phenomenon. She obtained MSc Eng. in Physics (Nanoengineering) in 2017, from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology in Wroclaw (Poland). Engineer and Master thesis regarded theoretical and experimental characteristics of optical fibers. In 2015 she did internship in Plansee Composite Materials GmbH (Germany). In 2017-2019 she worked in Wrocław Research Centre EIT+ (current name PORT Polish Center for Technology Development) in the Laboratory of Biospectroscopy and Bioimaging with spectroscopy measurements and design of optical instrumentation for luminescent materials, such as nanoparticles codoped with lanthanides.
