MSc Maja Szymczak

Maja Szymczak received her Master degree in Chemistry from University of Wrocław in 2021. Currently, she is PhD student in Institute of Low Temperature and Structure Research of Polish Academy of Science in Department of Biomedical Physicochemistry, under supervision of professor Łukasz Marciniak. During her Master's studies she worked on the synthesis and surface modification of quantum dots and their subsequent characterisation. Her current research interests focus on luminescent manometers and thermometers based on transition metal ions doped nanoparticles.
